Before you write
For order questions, please include your order number (it starts with VE- and is in your confirmation email). That lets us answer in one reply instead of three.
Age verification
We only sell to adults aged 18 or over. If your order is held for age verification, send a photo of your ID with your order number and we will release it the same day. We delete the photo once the check is done.
Returns and faulty items
Do not send anything back before contacting us — we will give you the return address and a reference number. See our Return Policy for the details.
